What are Rivian’s designers inspired by?

Let’s start the analysis of the car with non-standard, but recognizable Rivian headlights, which resemble the multi-hero Minion.

Rivian also has a muse in real life. The 1976 AMC Pacer was a terrible car, but had front design solutions quite similar to the current Rivian.

Despite the fact that the Pacer was a terrible car, the design of the headlights, which were borrowed from AMC, makes the Rivian recognizable and unique. Also, if you look at the back of the Rivian model R3 in profile, it will be quite similar to the Lada Niva.

The design of the Rivian is more sporty, but still, there are some similarities between the cars.
